Anthony Joshua claimed a stunning knockout win over Kubrat Pulev at Wembley Arena on Saturday night to retain his world heavyweight titles.
After putting the Bulgarian down twice in the one-sided encounter, Joshua brutally knocked him out in the 9th round to claim victory.
The British-born Nigerian boxer put on an impressive show in London against the experienced Bulgarian to set up the mouth-watering prospect of a unification showdown with Tyson Fury in 2021.
Following the victory, Joshua says he want Tyson Fury next, and Eddie Hearn has promised to make it happen.
AJ: “I’ve been chasing the belts since I started this.
“It’s not about the man, it’s about the belt and the legacy. If it’s Tyson Fury with the WBC belt, then let it be Tyson Fury!”
Eddie Hearn: “Starting from tomorrow, we’re making the Tyson Fury fight. We will get it done.”
