Sir Arthur Okowa, the father of Delta state Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa has taken his exit.
The senior Okowa died at the age of 88 in the early hours of Thursday in Asaba following a prolonged illness, according to news reports.
The late Chief Okowa, up until the time of his passage, was the Okpara-Uku of Owa-Alero located in Ika North East Local Government Area of the state, where he was born in 1932.
