Popular Afrobeats star, David Adeleke also known as Davido has arrived Osun state ahead of the campaign finale of his uncle, the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ademola Adeleke.

Also, The New Diplomat gathered that Chairman of the National Campaign Council for Osun State Governorship Election & Governor of Bayelsa State, Sen. Duoye Diri; Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta state and other Governors and party leaders are in Osogbo, ahead of Thursday’s grand rally.

It was gathered that Davido touched down in the state in the early hours of Wednesday to show support and mobilise votes for his uncle, Adeleke ahead of the July 16 governorship election.

Adeleke is billed on have his final campaign tomorrow, Thursday July 14.
