Fans of David Adeleke, globally known as Davido have expressed excitement across diverse social media platforms following Davido’s appearance in Eddie Murphy’s sequel Coming 2 America.

The movie is set to be released later this year and in a post shared on Twitter, Davido was officially listed among the cast of the movie.

The news has generated reactions from viewers on social media as many commended Davido on his appearance and performance in the movie.

28 year-old Davido can be seen singing his hit song “Assurance” while wearing a spectacular floral suit. This comes one day after Davido performed the same track on Jimmy Kimmel.

Fans thrilled by Davido’s appearance in Coming 2 America took to twitter and other social platforms to express their excitement.

‘Coming To America’ featured stars like Eddie Murphy, Arsenio Hall, James Earl Jones, and Paul Bates as its main cast who will be retaining their roles in the sequel. Other new faces expected to be in the movie include Jermaine Fowler, Wesley Snipes, Tracy Morgan, Leslie Jones, KiKi Layne, Rick Ross, Luenell, Rotimi, Teyana Taylor, and Michael Blackson.
