Professor Akin Abayomi, the Lagos State Commissioner for Health has revealed that three Nigerians recently evacuated from Dubai has tested positive for COVID-19.

Abayomi made this now in a tweet on Sunday. He also revealed that the affected patients have been admitted into the COVID 19 care center for treatment protocols.

”Three 3 of the returnees recently evacuated from Dubai have tested positive for #COVID19 infection following #COVID19 test conducted on them. Those affected have been admitted to COVID19 care center for appropriate treatment protocols” he tweeted.

Recall that on May 6, 2020, 256 Nigerians were repatriated to Nigeria following the global Coronavirus pandemic.
