The All Progressives Congress, APC presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, at the mega rally yesterday, Tuesday in Lagos, concluded his political campaigns with a pledge to work hard to build a great country.

The Lagos APC mega rally which again, attracted President Mohammed Buhari, the party’s national Chairman, Abdullahi Adamu, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Honourable Femi Gbjabimila, the state Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu among other party bigwigs, began with a motorcade that moved around Mushin area, and finally peaked at the campaign venue, Teslim Balogun Stadium in Surulere.

At the podium, while confirming his undiluted support, Buhari raised the right hand of Tinubu and Sanwo-Olu simultaneously, as the APC presidential and governorship flag bearers respectively.

Elated by the presence of Buhari, the APC presidential candidate pledged to work hard to consolidate on the laudable achievements of the President.

He told Buhari before the mammoth crowd who were adorned with the different party’s insignia, “as you work hard for me (the success of my campaign) I will work hard to make Nigeria great again by consolidating on your great achievements upon assumption of office as President of Nigeria.”

He thanked the President for registering his presence at the grand finale of his political campaign in Lagos despite his tight schedule.

Also the APC national Chairman, urged the teeming supporters of the party to vote en-mass for Tinubu, adding that the mega rally, marks the concluding phase of the APC presidential campaign.

Earlier, the host Governor, Sanwo-Olu who is also seeking a second term of office, formally thanked all present, and promised to work hard more in order to make Lagos a better to live.

He assured that the APC led government would continue to give hope to the hopeless and the downtrodden.

The Governor, however, urged all present to vote massively for the party.
The rally witnessed a roll call of renowned local musicians and party loyalists with security operatives, positioned at strategic locations to avert any unforeseen crisis.
