The Nigerian football community is reeling from the sudden and tragic loss of Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) Assistant Coach, Akin Olowokere, who reportedly collapsed during a training session at Dipo Dina Stadium on Monday morning.

It was gathered that the incident has left players, fans, and officials in tears.

According to eyewitnesses, Coach Olowokere was reportedly engaged in a routine training session with the team when he suddenly collapsed.

Despite immediate efforts by medical staff and teammates to revive him, they were unsuccessful.

According to eyewitness accounts, he was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was reportedly pronounced dead.

The cause of his death has not been officially confirmed. This would be confirmed after a medical report, but sources suggest it may be related to a sudden health complication.
