The Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development has congratulated Anthony Joshua, the Nigerian-born heavyweight boxing world champion, on his victory over Bulgarian Kubrat Pulev on Saturday in London.

John Joshua-Akanji, Special Adviser (Media) to the Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Sunday Dare, in a statement on Sunday in Abuja saluted Anthony Joshua.

Joshua knocked out Pulev in the ninth round of their 12-round clash to retain his WBO, WBA and IBF titles as the undisputed world champion.
