Nigerian singer, Temilade Openiyi, popularly known as Tems has won two awards (Best International Act and Best collaboration) at the 2022 BET Awards.

2022 BET Awards: Tems, Wizkid, Others Win Big [Full list]

 

Wizkid also won Best collaboration with hit song “Essence” remix featuring Justin Bieber & Tems.

Fireboy DML was norminated in the Best International Act category alongside Tems, but was not declared winner.

The awards, which honour black excellence in entertainment and sports was held at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles.
