There will be no eviction on the Season 6 edition of the Big Brother Naija show this Sunday.
This was announced on the show while Big Brother (Biggie) was having a diary session with Maria, after her emergence as the new Head of House.
But the decision was not disclosed to the rest of the housemates as Biggie warned Maria to keep it a top secret.
Instead Biggie instructed Maria to come up with a make-believe story that would convince housemates that only her has powers to determine the two housemates to be evicted Sunday. Maria delivered on the assignment as she was also able to convince the housemates that she would be scoring their performance for the next one week to determine who leaves Sunday.
While many of her colleagues are still trying to figure out the strange development and twist to the game, others would be ready to do everything to impress Maria this week as they know not what viewers already knew at this point about the entire gimmick by Biggie.
Maria, who was the immediate past Deputy Head of House emerged as the Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye Head of House for week four.
During the Head of House games on Monday, August 16 Maria victoriously got the highest points and earned the most coveted title of head of house for the week.
Following her emergence, Maria tapped Boma as Deputy.
The Head of House game had a new twist today as housemates do not have to wait for the dice to reveal number 6 before they started playing.
Each housemate was given 60 seconds to finish the course of the Head of House game and start playing according to the number of dice revealed.
The aim of this game of luck is to get the farthest within the time limit.
The housemate who finishes the course, or goes the farthest, wins and becomes the Head of House.
