A National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu, on Thursday met with the Osun State Governor, Adegboyega Oyetola and his predecessor, Rauf Aregbesola over the months-long bickering between the duo.
The meeting which held behind closed-door at the country home of Chief Bisi Akande was to resolve reported contending issues between the Governor and Aregbesola, the minister of interior.

It was reported that Oyetola who took over from Aregbesola scrapped some programmes, including the education system initiated by the latter while in the saddle as helmsman in the southwest state.
In the background, Aregbesola was said to have protested some of the Governor’s actions, something that has continued to incubate a near-cold war between the both political leaders.
