Agency Report– Brazil’s President Jair Bolsonaro undergoes surgery on Friday at the Albert Einstein Hospital, in Sao Paulo state, to remove bladder stones, journalistic media said.

According to the state-run Agencia Brasil, the surgery is simple and the far-right president is expected to be hospitalized for two days.

This will be Bolsonaro’s sixth surgery since 2018. Firstly, he underwent a fourth abdominal surgery as a result of a stab wound.

The former military underwent surgery in September 2019 to remove an incisional hernia. In early 2020, he also underwent a vasectomy.

Bolsonaro was stabbed by Adelio Bispo de Oliveira, 41, on September 6, 2018 while on a campaign trail in Minas Gerais state.

Oliveira suffers from persistent delusional disorder, called psychosis, and the court declares him unimpeachable.

De Oliveira is a prisoner in the psychiatric unit of a maximum-security prison.
