Three male; Sunday Idowu aged 27, Lucky Samuel aged 51, and Emmanuel Odoko aged 50 years old were on Tuesday arraigned before an Ebute- Metta Magistrate court over alleged stealing  and felony.

The trio are accused of stealing 24 pieces of Giant Print Bible, published by Hilson and valued at 120, 000, 00 naira.

They face a three count charge of conspiracy, stealing, and felony.

According to the charges, the three suspects committed the offence on the 23rd of May 2017 at about 08:30am at No 16 Aloba Street Costain Lagos.

The offence, according to the prosecutor , Inspector Babatope Julius , contradicts Section 411 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015 and is punishable under Section 411, 287 (1)(7), 328, Criminal Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015.

Upon their plea, they were granted bail in the sum of 50, 000, 00 naira with one surety.

The matter was adjourned till the 27th of June 2017 for mention.
