Nigerian celebrities, fans and housemates have begun to react following Kayvee’s withdrawal from the Big Brother Naija season 6 “Shine Ya Eye” edition due to health concerns.

His withdrawal, the first-ever to be recorded on the show was announced on Monday by Big Brother via the Head of House, and has dampened the feelings of housemates.

As announced, Kayvee was advised by a medical doctor to withdraw from the show so that he can focus on his health.

Speaking to other housemates, shortly after the announcement, fellow housemate, Michael said “It’s spiritual because that guy was cool, he was coherent and all of a sudden this? It’s spiritual bro.”

Meanwhile, Saskay and JMK broke down in tears after the announcement.

Following the shocking announcement, Nigerians have taken to their Twitter handles to empathize with Kayvee.

Following the withdrawal, celebrities have taken to Twitter to wish him well and send their love.

Celebrity Disk Jockey, @DJ Neptune, tweeted “God is your strength Kayvee. His ways are not our ways so keep pushing and believe in yourself. Hopefully we meet someday, lots of love from this side.”

@DJINEE tweeted, “Sad for Kayvee. I always say, in this life, no one should make you feel small or worthless. Everyone has a problem, a minus or a need. Even those whose lives you admire. God always balances things out. Know this, know peace.”

BBNaija housemates wish him well

Fellow housemates have also sent their love and prayers to Kayvee following his withdrawal from the show.

Through their handlers, housemates have sent their wishes on Twitter, wishing Kayvee the best in life.

Wishing him speedy recovery, Emmanuel wrote, “Your story is Motivational – A boy from the street hustling with just a camera. You made your way to the Biggest Reality show in Africa. Yes, it didn’t go as planned but trust me the Best is yet to come. Speedy recovery Kayvee.”

“What an emotional day. So sad to see Kayvee exiting the show this way. Sending you all the love in the world. This doesn’t end here,” JMK said.

Maria wrote, “Oh, this is sad. We wish Kayvee a speedy recovery, with good Health. You are in our heart and thoughts . Much love we got for you.”

Hailing Kayvee, Sammie wrote: “My dear Kayvee! Koko my guy! Street! Sarmy loves you and respect you! Wish you fast recovery as you get all the care you need. God got you and God bless you. We go work when we see. Love you my guy.
