Popular Nigerian physically challenged lady, Mary Daniels, who went viral after hawking sachet water around Oshodi, Lagos has purchased a N17.5 Million worth of house in Lagos.

Reports have it that she is set to open her own pure water factory in the new house.

Recall that a kind-hearted Nigerian man identified as Ibitoye Ayodele saw Mary hawking sachet water inside the Bolade market in Oshodi area of Lagos despite her condition and decided to help.

Ibitoye gave her some money and shared her story on his Twitter page. However, well-meaning Nigerians who saw the story decided to rally around and open a #crowdfundher. Huge fund was raised and given to her so she can start a business.

According to Daniels, she received a donation of about N25 million after her story went viral. Bur her donation was temporarily withheld after the Lagos government found out that her claim that she lost her parents in an accident that led to the amputation of her leg, was not true. Findings would later reveal that her father was still alive and that she was amputated in her early years.

In a new video shared on social media, Mary have put the money in good use after acquiring a house worth over seventeen million in the Igando area of Lagos state.

Mary is also set to open her own pure water factory in her compound as she held the housewarming of the house on Saturday, July 17, 2021.

She disclosed plans to name the new business after her name ‘Mary Daniels’ pure water.
