An 8% weekly loss is a rare occurrence in oil markets, especially if it comes on the back of five straight daily declines. Even though Friday’s trading has shown a marginal recovery with ICE Brent edging closer to $65 per barrel, however it seems that Sunday’s OPEC+ meeting could prompt further price declines in case…

Less than four days to the American Presidential election, Lil Wayne has officially entered the political discourse by becoming the latest rapper to make a surprise show of support for President Donald Trump.

The rapper met with Trump before he left Miami on Thursday, tweeting out a photo of himself smiling and posing with the president in front of three American flags.

“Just had a great meeting with @realdonaldtrump @potus,” he wrote. “Besides what he’s done so far with criminal reform, the platinum plan is going to give the community real ownership. He listened to what we had to say today and assured he will and can get it done.”

According to NPR, the Trump campaign was so pleased with Wayne’s endorsement as they quickly promoted the tweet to its outreach list of Black voters, a demographic Republicans only captured 8% of in the 2016 presidential election.

And it’s not just Lil Wayne who’s recently revealed themselves to be a secret MAGA supporter.

Rapper Lil Pump also shared a photoshopped image of himself meeting the president followed by a video on his Instagram Stories in which he announced he’ll be voting for Trump because of Joe Biden’s tax plan.

While he never said he’d be voting for him, Ice Cube also recently received some backlash after he revealed he’s been working with the Trump administration to address issues of racial inequality.

50 Cent also recently announced he’d rather vote for Trump than let Biden raise his taxes, Following his endorsement, his ex-girlfriend, Chelsea Handler publicly shamed him over his political stance and offered to pay his taxes for him.

Meanwhile, before now Kanye West has been a longtime supporter of President Trump and he’s currently rooting for his re-election, courting black voters who have a decades-old history of voting for the Democrats. It appears the efforts by the Republicans to eat into black votes is beginning to pay off in this blockbuster election.
