The Nigerian government has recently published an updated roster of additional motor parks where citizens can avail themselves a generous 50% discount on transportation fares for round trips during the festive period.
This was disclosed on Friday, December 29, through the X (formerly Twitter) account of Temitope Ajayi, the senior special assistant to the president on media and publicity.
The government had made a commitment to provide financial assistance for the transportation expenses of individuals who desired to travel during the festive season.
On Monday, December 25, the implementation of the 50% transportation rebate was extended, benefiting 128 road transport passengers traveling on northern routes.
