The All Progressives Congress (APC) on Wednesday distanced itself from a viral timetable making the rounds.
The APC National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka who addressed journalists at the party’s national secretary clarified that the ruling party is yet to issue any election timetable.
According to him, the APC is unaware of the proposed primary election timetable which said the party has fixed May 30th for its presidential primary election.
Morka also clarified that the newly elected National Working Committee (NWC) has just begun deliberating on the matter on Tuesday, adding that the party will communicate the actual timetable when it is finalised.
