  • Trump: “Biden Deliberately Covered His Health Status

• Biden: “It’s a lie…It’s attempt to cover up Your Performance”

By Abiola Olawale

In a fiery escalation of political tensions, United States President Donald Trump has ordered an probe into what he claimed was a deliberate “conspiracy” by former President Joe Biden’s aides to conceal the situation surrounding his health during his presidency.

The probe, announced on June 4, 2025, has sparked heated arguments between the two leaders, with Biden dismissing the allegations as “ridiculous” and accusing Trump of orchestrating a distraction to push controversial legislation.

In a presidential memorandum issued on Wednesday, Trump alleged that Biden’s staff misused an autopen to sign over 1,200 presidential documents, including executive actions and pardons, to allegedly conceal what he claimed to be Biden’s “serious cognitive decline.”

Trump who labeled this a “dangerous scandal” and questioned who wielded executive power during Biden’s term, alleged that he was looking into it.

Part of the presidential memorandum reads. “In recent months, it has become increasingly apparent that former President Biden’s aides abused the power of Presidential signatures through the use of an autopen to conceal Biden’s cognitive decline.

“This conspiracy marks one of the most dangerous and concerning scandals in American history.

“The American public was purposefully shielded from discovering who wielded the executive power, all while Biden’s signature was deployed across thousands of documents to effect radical policy shifts.”

However, Biden fired back, accusing Trump of using the probe to divert attention from efforts to extend tax breaks for the wealthy.

Biden said: “Let me be clear: I made the decisions during my presidency. I made the decisions about the pardons, executive orders, legislation, and proclamations.

“Any suggestion that I didn’t is ridiculous and false,” he said, slamming the ordered probe as “nothing more than a distraction by Trump and Congressional Republicans who are working to push disastrous legislation.”
