President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has arrived in Paris, France, after leaving Nigeria on Wednesday.

It was gathered that the Nigerian president touched down at Orly Airport in Paris at exactly 5.10 pm local time on Wednesday.

The New Diplomat reports that Tinubu jetted out to France earlier today on the invitation of French President Emmanuel Macron.

A statement issued by the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga said Tinubu will be hosted at the historic Les Invalides and the Élysée Palace by President Macron and First Lady Brigitte Macron on Thursday.

The senior presidential aide added that the reception will include formal ceremonies and bilateral meetings.

The visit will also feature discussions on enhancing youth-focused exchange programmes, particularly in automation, entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership.
