Immediate past governors of Rivers, Ebony and Osun states, messrs: Nyesom Wike, David Umahi, Adegboyega and 42 other ministerial nominees out of the 48 transmitted by President Bola Tinubu have been confirmed by the Nigerian Senate.

Meanwhile, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, Ms. Stella Okotete from Delta State and Senator Abubakar Sani from Taraba State are still awaiting security clearance before Senate confirmation..

Others confirmed include, the immediate past Minister of Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo, (SAN), former governor of Plateau state, Simon Bako Lalong.
