Immediate past President of the 8th Senate, Bukola Saraki, has congratulated Nigerian-born diplomat and first African to serve as Secretary General of the Commonwealth, Chief Chukwuemeka Anyaoku, on his 90th birthday celebrations.

Saraki in a congratulatory message described Anyaoku as the embodiment of significant achievements on the global stage.
