Hashtag: ‘Make Buhari No Put Mouth’ has begun to trend on Twitter following the invasion of Ukraine by Russia early Thursday.

Nigerians have been begging President Muhammadu Buhari not to interfere in the ongoing crisis between the two historic neighbours.

Russian president, Vladimir Putin had on Thursday declared a “special military operation” in Ukraine.

Putin also issued stern warning against anyone trying to interfere in the crisis, saying, “to anyone who would consider interfering from the outside: if you do, you will face consequences greater than any you have faced in history. All relevant decisions have been taken. I hope you hear me.”
