Evangelist Daniel Kolenda, the successor of the late international Evangelist, Reinhard Bonnke, is set to hold a three-day crusade in Ibadan, Oyo state capital.

Kolenda who took over the mantle of Bonnke’s evangelistic ministry, will commence the crusade today, Thursday, November 11 and will end on Saturday, November 14.

The popular Evangelist made this known while addressing journalists in Ibadan, shortly after his arrival in the state.

Speaking on the purpose of the crusade, Kolenda said he was directed by the Holy Spirit to come to Ibadan to liberate souls from oppression among other difficulties.

He also noted that the crusade would be the greatest that had ever happened in the world.

In his words, “It’s a joy to be back in Nigeria after some years of being in other nations, preaching the gospel of Christ all over the world.

“We realise that this is a difficult time for the whole world, particularly Nigerians. Many countries asked us to come to them, but we chose Ibadan, Nigeria because the Holy Spirit has directed us here.

“God has a special gift for this town and Nigeria. Come to the crusade for you to know the special message for Ibadan. You are going to begin to see the manifestation of God’s power starting from tomorrow,” Kolenda said.
