A visibly distressed Regina Daniels has sparked alarm after a video of her in apparent distress circulated widely on social media on Saturday, October 18, 2025, in which she appeared to hint at physical abuse.

The clip, shared across X and other platforms, shows Regina surrounded by several people amid a tense commotion. In the footage she is heard shouting: “In Ned Nwoko’s house, I am nothing, but in my own house, I am a queen. Not again. I can’t stand the violence, it’s too much.”

The short video also shows men nearby, one holding what appeared to be a stick, and others stepping in as bystanders attempt to calm the situation. The precise cause of the disturbance is not clear from the footage, but the scenes have prompted widespread online speculation about the state of the couple’s marriage.

Regina’s marriage to Senator Ned Nwoko has long attracted public attention because of their wide age gap – she was 19 and he 59 when they wed – and Nwoko’s polygamous lifestyle; Regina is reported to be his sixth and youngest wife.

The incident follows a lighter social-media post from Regina on October 10 about a ring she had misplaced and later replaced, a post that made the recent viral clip all the more striking in contrast.

Confirming the family’s upset, Regina’s brother, Ojeogwu Samuel Danhillman (also known as Sammy West), used his Instagram story to rail against anyone who would harm his sister.

In one post he wrote in pidgin and English that whoever beats a woman will “fight with my blood,” and accused a senator, naming Ned Nwoko, of allegedly assaulting his sister and bringing thugs. The posts expressed anger and threatened retaliation.
