Indigenes of Delta State who were successful in the recently-concluded test conducted by the State Police Command in the ongoing 2020 recruitment process, have been advised to report in Benin City for medical screening.

A statement issued by the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe, stated that the medical screening exercise, which is the next stage of the 2020 recruitment procedure, has been scheduled for Tuesday 23rd November to Monday 6th December, 2021.

The venue of the screening exercise, according to the release, is Magnus Eweka Police Cottage Hospital, Plot 15, Dennis Osadebey Avenue, GRA, Benin city and the time is 0800hrs to 1500hrs daily.

The release instructed that “candidates who participated in the recruitment screening CBT are to check their application status on the recruitment portal, www.policerecruitment.gov.ng and print out their medical screening slip, if qualified.”

It also advised candidates to equally “stick to their allotted date and time as shown in the print out.”
Qualified candidates for the medical screening exercise are mandated to come along with the following; i) Letter of invitation (Medical screening slip as obtained from the Portal) and ii) National identity card/slip. They are also advised to appear in White T-shirt on white short.

While wishing the candidates success in the exercise, the Commissioner of Police, Delta State Command, CP Ari Muhammed Ali FCIA, psc+ also urged them to adhere strictly to all Covid-19 protocols.
