In celebration of Peter and Paul’s reconciliation, the singers have followed the footsteps of Davido to ask their fans and well wishers for money.
Also Mavin Producer, Don Jazzy and Teni have announced plans to follow Davido’s footsteps ahead of their birthdays.
Recall that Davido on Wednesday, November 17 asked his colleagues and friends for one million naira each, to clear his Rolls Royce at the port.
The music star on his Instagram Story also called on those he had helped in the music industry with hit songs to send him a million naira.
In a video posted on his Instagram, Davido said, “We rise by lifting others abi? Me I don dey rise dey lifting others for the past 100 years. So I want to know who my friends are. All of my friends one million Naira each.”
Davido in five hours made over N110m from donations from his friends.
Peter and Paul in celebration of their birthday today, November 18 posted a caption on social media, requesting their fans to send them money.
The caption read: ” To All Psquare Fans and Well Wishers FCMB.”
Don Jazzy, Teni have then taken to their Instagram, asking their friends and fans to donate on their birthdays.
Teni asked for at least N250,000 each from Tiwa Savage, Simi, Yemi Alade and her friends.
Following Davido’s footsteps, other celebrities also shared their account details on their Instagram handles, asking for donations.
Nollywood actor and host of Gulder Ultimate Search, Remi shared his account details on his Instagram page writing , “If I have made you laugh at my TikToks at all at all, send me money. You cannot unlaugh all the laughs.”
At the time of filing this report, donations made to Davido had climbed to over N131 million.
