President Muhammadu Buhari is currently addressing Nigerians in a New Year Broadcast. The President began his address at 7am and is expected to speak about the lingering fuel crisis in the country, among other issues.

In his address, the President said he was saddened by the fact that Christmas and New Year celebrations were anything but merry for Nigerians as a result of the fuel scarcity in the country.

He warned that sabotage and blackmail of Nigerians would not be tolerated and those behind the scarcity will not be allowed to cause hardship for Nigerians again.
