The Nigeria Police Force, on Thursday, said it has commenced autopsy to ascertain the cause of death of the ex- Naira Marley, signee, late Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, professionally known as MohBad who passed on the 12, September at the age of 27.

The Police Public Relation Officer, PPRO, Lagos Command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, in a post on his verified handle on X platform tweeted, “Exhumation completed. Autopsy to commence.

#JusticeForMohad #Justice4Mohbad.”

It would be recalled that the Baale of Gberigbe Community in Ikorodu, Lagos State, Oba Kabiru Shotobi, revealed how he prevented James Aloba, the father of late singer, Ilerioluwa Olademeji Aloba, aka Mohbad from burying his corpse at midnight.

Speaking in Yoruba, Oba Shotobi said, “Mohbad’s father wanted to bury Mohbad in the midnight of the same day he died. I was the one that stopped him.”

Mohbad’s sudden demise triggered a wide range of protests and controversies from the entertainment industry down to the general public with different accounts of what could have possibly led to the sudden death of the singer.

The singer’s former colleague, Bella Shmurda, recounted how he almost committed suic!de.

Bella spoke at length about, Mohbad’s issues with his record label, Marlians, which is owned by Naira Marley, and how his girlfriend saved him from suicide.

Bella further slammed Naira Marley and his label for pretending that all was well between Mohbad and the management.
