President Bola Ahmed Tinubu met with President Joe Biden of the United States, Brazilian President Lula da Silva, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India, among other world leaders at Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, during the 2024 G-20 leaders’ summit.

The New Diplomat reports that Tinubu participated in the G-20 summit which was held from Monday, November 18, to Tuesday, November 19, 2024.

The G20 summit, hosted by the Brazilian President, focused on the theme, “Building a Just World and a Sustainable Planet.”
