Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde has paid a solidarity visit to his Adamawa State counterpart, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri.

The Governor who was in Yola, the Adamawa state to felicitate with Fintiri over his recent ordeal with the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

Makinde who expressed disdain over the untoward action of the Adamawa REC, Hudu Ari for declaring the All Progressives Congress, APC candidate, Aisha Dahiru Binani winner, midway to the announcement of supplementary election results.

The Oyo State Governor urged INEC to declare without delay the incumbent Governor and the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP candidate, Fintiri winner of the election.

He, however, expressed optimism that INEC would soon declare the true winner and choice of the people.
