The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has presented a Certificate of Return to the Anambra State Governor-elect, Professor Chukwuma Soludo.

The certificate was presented to him in Awka, the state capital on Friday.

Soludo, a former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, (CBN) emerged winner of the just concluded governorship election on Wednesday.

He won 19 out of the 21 local governments in the state and polled a total of 112,229 votes to defeat his rivals in the election.
