President Muhammadu Buhari met his predecessor in office, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan at the Aso Villa, Tuesday.

In the last few months, Jonathan has been a regular visitor to the Villa as the camaraderie between him and President Buhari appears to be deepening by the day.

Many close observers have suggested the good relationship between the duo is a sign things to come in no distant future.

However, the Tuesday’s meeting follows Jonathan’s return to the country after his visit to The Gambia.

The former President was in Gambia over the weekend to reportedly support the country’s ongoing constitutional review process targeted at forging a workable national consensus in the West African country.
