Super Eagles forward Victor Osimhen has been named Nigeria’s most valuable player in Europe.

Despite missing five weeks due to injury, Transfermarkt values the 23-year-old forward at €65m.

On Saturday, the Nigerian helped Napoli win 2-1 at Atalanta for their ninth straight Serie A win under Luciano Spalletti.

It would be recalled that the Super Eagles forward helped Napoli to win 2-1 on October 5 2022, as he scored all three goals: he was penalized for a handball in the box and Ademola Lookman scored the 19th-minute penalty, he then equalized four minutes later before assisting Eljif Elmas’ winner 10 minutes from halftime.
