The Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege has felicitated with a former Legal Adviser of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Babatunde Ogala (SAN), on his 60th birthday.

Senator Omo-Agege in a statement by his media adviser, Mr Yomi Odunuga applauded his contributions to national development through legal practice, lawmaking and political appointments which culminated in his election as the National Legal Adviser of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

He further commended Ogala for his unalloyed dedication to nation building, adding that more than ever before, Nigeria needs the contribution of great patriots.

“Ogala easily stands out in many respects beyond being a legal luminary, politician, administrator, former member of the Lagos State House of Assembly where he chaired the Committee on Judiciary as well as the National Legal Adviser of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

“His resilience, focus, hard work and dynamic commitment to the governing All Progressives Congress are outstanding to everyone.

“As he celebrates his 60 birthday, my constituents and I join the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Body of Benchers, family and friends and all his admirers in wishing him many more fulfilling years ahead,” the Delta Central Senator stated.
