Deputy President of the Nigerian Senate,  Senator Ovie Omo-Agege  on Saturday congratulated a chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Elder Gideon Nwaomu as he gave out his daughter in marriage.

The Deputy Senate President who attended the wedding ceremony Elder Nwaomu’s daughter, Ms. Awele Ijeoma Nwaomu, in Asaba, the capital of Delta state eulogized the joyous parents of the newly married couple  for bringing up their children in an inspiring and wonderful manner.

The wedding of Ms. Awele Ijeoma Nwaomu and Mr. Ugochukwu Ononuju Adudu  took place at St. Philip Anglican Church, Asaba, Delta State.

Speaking further at the occasion, senator Ovie Omo-Agege while eulogizing the parents of the couple, said: “As proud parents of Ijeoma, I wish to celebrate and credit you for such a wonderful and Christian upbringing that produced such an amazing bride. May the good Lord continue to lead your way and bless your family.”
