The Commissioner representing delta state in the board of NDDC, Dr. Ogaga Ifowodo, has been conferred with the traditional title of Ogban1 (strong man) of Oleh Kingdom of Isoko South LGA of Delta State by HRM. Anthony Ovrawa, the Odiologbo of Oleh Kingdom.

The title was conferred on the commissioner when he paid a courtesy call on the traditional ruler in his palace in Oleh today. The Monarch while performing the traditional wearing of the necklace, he emphasized that the commissioner deserved the title for attracting federal recognition to the kingdom by his recent appointment.

Acknowledging the honour, Dr. Ifowodo thanked the monarch, assuring he would use his position to benefit the kingdom, Delta State and Nigeria in general. High point of the occasion was the formal conferment of the title followed by royal blessing.
