Nigerians praise David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido as he recently signed May D to his music record label.
May D took to his page on the micro-blogging platform, Twitter, to announce that he has joined the 30 Billion Gang. He shared a logo of the music label alongside his announcement.
Despite being offline, singer Davido has not stopped lifting others up with his good deeds.
Describing the 30BG as his new family, the Gat Me High crooner expressed his excitement at being a part of Davido’s crew.
A few weeks ago, the singer was enmeshed in a drama with P-square brother Jude Okoye over his comment that he begged to be signed to their record label.
It seemed all that has gone with the past as May D went on to share a photo with the Blow My Mind crooner. In the photo he shared, the men were donned in a white outfit.
The Ile Ijo singer will also be releasing his music featuring Davido to mark his announcement to the 30GB music label. He shared a behind the shoot video on his page.
As soon as May D shared the news that he has joined Davido’s music label, Nigerians took to his comment section to appreciate the father of three for always coming to the aid of people including his colleagues.
Here are some of the reactions:
Davido is the greatest artiste alive from Africa and there’s nothing anyone can do about it. @Omoissy
Anybody that hates Davido clearly doesn’t like the good things of life.@Dehkunle.
Davido has done it again. He signed May D to the strongest record label right now in Nigeria, DMW.
Retweet if Davido is your GOAT 💪@TundeEdnut.
Davido is offline and he keeps lifting people, at least you can’t call this one clout.
The same people who laughed at May D few months ago, are the same people congratulating him today. Keep working and Pray for Grace. https://t.co/sY2Ki7BiyiThePlug.
May D is a bundle of talent but signing an artiste who’s been off the scene for a while is a huge risk.
I can’t but just Stan Davido rn 🙌.@Vhic_for
