Nigerian billionaire business magnate and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Dangote Group of companies, Aliko Dangote has hailed the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC for conducting peaceful poll.

The business magnate made this declaration shortly after casting his vote in a polling station in Victoria Island, Lagos.

He expressed satisfaction with the electoral exercise, adding that the introduction of technology has made the process seamless.

“I have been voting in Nigeria since 1999. I must confess that this election remains the best thus far conduct by the INEC.

“I came here and sat down for a while for turn. I was called and the necessary formalities were done and I cast my vote,” he said.

Dangote, however prayed that similar situation would prevailed in other polling units across Lagos State in particular, and the nation at large.
