Embattled former Chairman of defunct Police Pension Task Force, Abdulrasheed Maina, on Thursday appeared before Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on a wheelchair.
In the last two proceedings, Maina had been absent in court on alleged health issues.
He is being prosecuted by the Federal Government through the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission over allegation abuse of public office, money laundering using some banks, and opening of bank accounts using pseudo names, etc.
