A Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court, Abuja presided over by Justice Adebukola Banjoko today, Friday, April 7, 2017 convicted two directors of oil marketing companies, Saminu Rabiu and Jubril Rowaye who were prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC on a N1.05billion subsidy fraud. The duo who were directors of Alminnur Resources Limited and Brilla Energy Limited respectively, were arraigned on October 17, 2012 on a 17-count charge of conspiracy and fraud. Details later.
