Manchester United and Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing 19-year-old Slovenian, Benjamin Sesko, from the Austrian Bundesliga club, Red Bull Salzburg.

The Red Devils are said to be ready to fight it out with EPL rivals, Chelsea and one other unnamed club, who are also interested in signing Sesko.

According to reports, Chelsea have also met with the striker’s agent last week after United held multiple meetings to discuss a move.

But RB Salzburg has not shown any interest to sell the 19-year-old striker while noting he has four years left on his contract.

Sesko is regarded as one of the brightest young talents in Europe following his prolific season on loan at Austrian Second Division, FC Liefering, RB Salzburg’s sister club, in the 2020/21 campaign,

Last season, Sesko established himself as a regular at RB Salzburg and scored 11 goals in 37 games.
