Manchester United has announced its decision to suspend Mason Greenwood indefinitely over the recent physical assault allegations levelled against him.
Earlier on Sunday, the 20-year-old’s girl friend, Harriet Robson took to her Instagram page to reveal video, photos and an audio recording, where she was being assaulted by Greenwood.
Reacting, Man Utd had earlier said they’re aware of the viral pictures and videos, condemning the alleged act of violence from the player.
In a second statement issued on Sunday, the club confirmed that Greenwood will not play or train with Manchester United “until further notice”.
Meanwhile, Mason Greenwood has remained mum since the emergence of the allegations.
