Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo state has cast his vote in the ongoing 2023 governorship election.

Makinde voted at Abayomi area, Iwo Road, in Unit 001, Ward 11 in Ibadan North East Local Government Area in Ibadan.

He arrived at the polling unit around 10:32 am.

The New Diplomat reports that Makinde is seeking another term in office on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
