Liverpool has officially won the 2024-25 EPL title, securing their 20th English top-flight championship.

The Reds won the 2024-25 EPL title on Sunday after a commanding performance against Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield.

Needing just a point to guarantee the crown, Liverpool left no room for doubt, delivering a thrilling first half that had fans on their feet.

Although Tottenham scored the first goal after Dominic Solanke found the back of the net in the 12th minute, Liverpool fought back, with Diaz netting the equaliser four minutes later

Mac Allister and Gakpo scored in the 24th and 34th minutes, respectively, to ensure the Reds went into the halftime break with a comfortable lead.

Liverpool started the second half the same way they ended the first half. Mohammed Salah scored in the 63rd minute to bring the score to 4-1 before Udogie scored an own goal in the 69th minute.

Liverpool went on to win the match, securing the 2024-25 EPL title.

The atmosphere at Anfield was electric as the Reds showcased their attacking prowess.

Arne Slot, in his first season at the helm, has silenced doubters and written his name into Liverpool lore.

Taking over from the iconic Jürgen Klopp, Slot faced immense pressure but quickly turned sceptics into believers.

While celebrations are already in order, Liverpool’s captain, Virgil van Dijk, won’t lift the Premier League trophy until the final day against Crystal Palace on May 25.
