Liverpool took a significant step towards a notable historic quadruple ambition this season as Jurgen Klopp’s side defeated Chelsea to lift the FA Cup.
The Reds won their penalty shootout against Chelsea in the League Cup final and they managed the same feat in the FA Cup.
The match ended 0-0 after 120 minutes before Liverpool took advantage of Mason Mount’s penalty miss.
Jurgen Klopp has now won all the top-tier trophies there are to offer in England.
That’s some achievement considering where they were when he took over.
Liverpool last won the FA Cup in 2005-06, when they defeated West Ham in Cardiff.
