In her words, “It is regrettable that the corrupt practices of some few individuals whom l call unscrupulous elements continue to soil the image of the judiciary thereby necessitating the general public to perceive and term the entire judiciary as corrupt”.

The Chief Judge averred that her administration will dedicate time and resources to eliminate corruption in the judiciary and warned that the days of the few unscrupulous elements that dent the image of the judiciary is over.

She further stated that since the launch and presentation of her mission and vision statement as well as core values, more lawyers and litigants have put on the armour of boldness by petitioning her office on any irregularities.
