Popular reality star, Malika Haqq whose best friend is Khloe Kardashian and known for making appearances in Keeping Up With The Kardashians (KUWTK) show, has taken to social media to mourn the passage of former Oyo state governor, Abiola Ajimobi.

Haqq in a post shared on her official Instagram page noted that the news of Ajimobi’s death was heartbreaking for her.Kloe Kardashian

According to Haqq, the earth has lost one of its most amazing spirits.

My heart is broken. This earth has lost one of the most amazing spirits I have ever known,” Haqq’s caption read in part.

The reality star while mourning her deceased godfather said she will miss him forever. Haqq who recently became a mother also noted that she will teach her son the love, kindness and family values she learnt from him.

She said: “Thank you for loving me as one of your own. You are a leader in every way. I will teach my son of your love, kindness and family values.”

Concluding her post, the reality star extended her heartfelt condolences to the entire Ajimobi family. She added that he is now in a better place.

Haqq’s post was accompanied with several throwback photos she had taken with the deceased when he was still alive.

Some close friends including Khloe also joined Haqq in mourning the death of her godfather.

The New Diplomat reported that the immediate past governor of Oyo State passed away at the age of 70 after battling Covid-19 related symptoms.

Ajimobi was laid to rest on Sunday at his Ibadan residence in Oyo state capital.
