Spokesman for the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council (APC PCC), Festus Keyamo, (SAN) has reacted to viral video of Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike mocking the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP), Atiku Abubarkar over recent protest held at the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

Keyamo in his reaction took to the micro-blogging platform, Twitter, to tag the video broadcasted by TVC news with caption “Wike has aptly described what Atiku and the PDP did a few days ago when they ‘protested’ to INEC headquarters in Abuja.

“He concludes that the national PDP is now nothing but a Students’ Union doing ‘aluta!’ Chai!”

It would be recalled that Atiku and other PDP leaders on Tuesday, stormed the INEC Headquarters, Abuja to demand the cancellation of February, 25 2023 presidential poll which declared the APC’s presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as president-elect.

The result declared by INEC revealed APC Bola Ahmed Tinubu polled 8,794,726 votes to defeat fellow contenders – Atiku who polled 6,984,520 votes. Labour Party’s Peter Obi had 6,101,533 votes to come third and candidate of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) Rabiu Kwankwaso with 1,496,687 votes in the election outcome which has since been faulted by opposition parties and observers.
