President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has returned to Nigeria two weeks after embarking on an annual leave.
It was gathered that the President arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja on Saturday.
He was received by his Chief of staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State, National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Abdullahi Ganduje, National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, among other eminent personalities. A video which captures Tinubu’s return has been flying around.
The President’s arrival has also been confirmed by a presidential aide on Social media, Dada Olusegun.
Olusegun, who took to his official X account, said: “President Bola Ahmed Tinubu returns to Abuja today from the United Kingdom after a two-week vacation, part of his yearly leave. He was received by His Chief of Staff @femigbaja, the National Chairman of APC, H.E Ganduje, the National Security Adviser @NuhuRibadu and Lagos state Governor H.E @jidesanwoolu”
